Crystal Athas brings a lifelong connection to Maine and a deep-rooted passion for real estate to every client relationship. Born in Maine and raised in Orlando, Crystal returned to the Downeast region over 20 years ago and has proudly called it home ever since.
Real estate runs in Crystal’s blood—her father, a real estate agent and skilled carpenter in Ellsworth, sparked her early interest in homes and architecture. That foundation, paired with her strong work ethic and local knowledge, makes her a trusted guide for both buyers and sellers across the region.
In addition to her real estate career, Crystal manages a popular restaurant on Mount Desert Island, where she continues to build meaningful connections within the community. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on her farm, spending time with family, or enjoying the outdoors—hiking, kayaking, and camping in the beautiful Maine landscape she loves.
